1. Digital Product Notice
Microdenty provides digital credits used to process and enhance dental images through our online AI platform.
Credits are delivered digitally after successful payment and are linked to the user account that completed the purchase.
2. Refund Eligibility
Refund requests may be submitted within 21 days from the date of purchase. After this period, refund requests will not be accepted.
Refunds are only eligible under the following conditions:
- The purchased credit batch has not been used at all.
- The full amount of credits in the purchased batch is still available.
- The credit batch is still valid and has not expired.
- The request is submitted within the 21-day refund window.
3. Non-Refundable Cases
Refunds will not be granted in the following cases:
- If any credits from the purchased batch have been used.
- If the credit batch is partially consumed.
- If the credit batch has expired.
- If the refund request is submitted after 21 days from purchase.
- If the request relates to results generated using already-consumed credits.
4. Credit Validity
All credits purchased on Microdenty are valid for 30 days from the date of purchase.
Once expired, credits cannot be used, restored, transferred, or refunded under any circumstances.
5. Refund Processing Time
Approved refunds will be processed back to the original payment method.
- Refund processing may take up to 21 business days.
- Processing time may vary depending on your bank, card issuer, or payment provider.
- Microdenty is not responsible for delays caused by banks or third-party payment processors.
6. Duplicate Payments
If a duplicate payment occurs by mistake, please contact us with your transaction details. We will review the case and process a refund if the duplicate payment is confirmed.
7. Technical Issues
If a technical issue prevents you from using the service, please contact us before requesting a refund. We may attempt to resolve the issue or review refund eligibility according to this policy.
8. Abuse Prevention
We reserve the right to deny refund requests that appear abusive, fraudulent, repeated, or inconsistent with this Refund Policy.
